Sukhvinder (Mintu) Singh is an accomplished investigative professional with a robust background in law enforcement and security. He holds a diploma in Police Foundations from Sheridan College Institute, where he honed his expertise in ethical reasoning, criminology, and related disciplines. After completing his education, Mintu secured licensing to enter the security sector and began his career as a loss prevention officer, gaining hands-on experience in risk management and asset protection.
In 2018, Mintu advanced his career by joining Larrek Investigations as a Private Investigator. Demonstrating a strong aptitude for conducting thorough and successful investigations, coupled with natural leadership skills, he rapidly progressed to the position of Manager of Investigations. In this capacity, Mintu managed investigative operations, driving team performance and operational excellence through strategic guidance and mentorship.
Currently serving as Director of Investigations, Mintu leads by example with a commitment to professional client relationships. He excels in building and maintaining positive client relationships, ensuring that service delivery consistently meets and exceeds expectations. Mintu holds private investigator licences in several provinces across Canada, including Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick. In addition to his professional credentials, he is fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi.
