Ava Giachino
Director, Quality Assurance
Ava Giachino is a seasoned investigative professional and currently serves as our Director of Quality Assurance. She is recognized by colleagues and clients for her expertise in quality assurance, data analysis, and complex background investigations. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from SUNY Buffalo and a Master’s in Public Issues Anthropology from the University of Waterloo.
Ava began her career with the organization in 2016 as an Administrative Assistant, leveraging her strong analytical background to support investigative operations. Her meticulous approach, commitment to accuracy, and ability to transform data into actionable insights quickly set her apart. Over the years, Ava advanced through multiple roles, consistently demonstrating leadership by mentoring staff, streamlining processes, and driving operational efficiency.
In her current role, Ava oversees the quality and consistency of all surveillance assignments, ensuring investigative practices meet stringent client and internal standards. She leads comprehensive audits on monthly and quarterly cycles, manages ongoing surveillance and background investigations, and fosters cross-team collaboration to maintain superior service delivery. Additionally, Ava serves as vendor manager for multiple client contracts, acting as the primary point of contact to guarantee transparency and client satisfaction.
Licensed in Ontario and Alberta, Ava’s experience spans both behind-the-scenes support and lead investigative work. Her career reflects a dedication to excellence, strategic thinking, and an unwavering focus on delivering high-quality investigative services.
