Camiee Elliott
Director, Risk & Compliance
Camiee Elliott has over ten years of experience in the private investigation industry. After obtaining her Bachelor of Community and Criminal Justice, Camiee joined the team in 2015 as an Administrative Assistant. She brought with her experience in various types of law, providing a superior customer service experience, and a commitment to maintaining strict quality assurance and compliance practices. In this role, she learned various aspects of the business and gained skills which allowed her to grow within the company. This included working with the executive team to prepare and submit RFPs, complete client security assessments, and assist in other key aspects of the business.
Now, as our Director of Risk & Compliance, Camiee leads initiatives that safeguard organizational integrity and client trust. She oversees regulatory adherence, implements robust risk controls, ensures ongoing compliance with information security standards, and develops policies and systems to strengthen our compliance posture.
Camiee also champions sustainability and operational resilience, spearheading our climate initiatives. Working closely with other members of the executive leadership team, she ensures alignment across all teams on compliance, risk management, and governance best practices. She exemplifies strategic thinking, accountability, and a commitment to delivering secure, high-quality services to clients. Camiee is also licensed as an investigator in Ontario and Alberta.
