Colton brings to our team several years of valuable experience in property and casualty claims adjusting. With a diploma in Business Marketing from Conestoga College, Colton’s skillset includes social media and digital marketing. Working with a large claims adjusting company, he was able to serve in expanding roles of responsibility, which also allowed him to gain valuable experience dealing with large loss claims. With his strong client relationship and customer service skills, Colton has made multiple connections in the insurance industry over the years. This past year, Colton served as a board member of the Ontario Insurance Adjusters Association (OIAA).
Colton’s strong interpersonal skills complement his business acumen and expert claims knowledge. He believes in building mutually rewarding relationships, always with a focus on team-oriented success. He always set strong goals for himself and his business partners. On a personal level, Colton brings a love of sports, his sense of humour, and a commitment to client focus. These qualities serve Colton well as he transitions into business development.
