Sulekh Khindria

Sulekh began his career with Larrek Investigations as a private investigator, after earning a Diploma in Law and Security Administration from Conestoga College in 1992. Since then, he has consistently pursued professional development through industry seminars and specialized courses.
Joining Larrek Investigations as a private investigator in 1992, Sulekh rapidly advanced through the organization, becoming Partner and Manager of Investigations in 1997, Vice President of Operations in 2000, and Chief Privacy Officer in 2004. In 2008, he acquired full ownership of the company, leading a team of high-performance professionals who deliver comprehensive investigative solutions with efficiency and integrity.
Leveraging over three decades of expertise in corporate investigations and surveillance, Sulekh oversees strategic planning and daily operations of the company, ensuring each assignment is managed with discretion, ethical standards, and professionalism. His dedication to industry advancement is reflected in his active memberships with the Council of Private Investigators of Ontario, ASIS International, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He regularly participates in industry events, including those hosted by the Ontario Insurance Adjusters Association, Toronto Insurance Women’s Association, Canadian Association of Special Investigation Units, and Canadian Defence Lawyers. In January 2022, Sulekh was certified as a Master Investigator by the Council of Professional Investigators Ontario.
Beyond his professional achievements, Sulekh is deeply committed to community engagement. He leads fundraising initiatives for local charities, sponsors the Children’s Wish Foundation and McMaster Children’s Hospital, and is a member of the Starlight Insurance Campaign Committee for Starlight Children’s Foundation Canada.
